NFT Oasis and guest curator, Maya Futrell for Maya Contemporary are pleased to present: Embodiment: An NFT group photography exhibition.
In celebration of Black History/Black Futures Month and the belief that 'Black History is Everyday', this collection highlights the work of Black creators in the NFT community comprised of ten (10) emerging photographers presenting artwork on the blockchain in the world of Virtual Reality. The exhibition embodies representational images of Black life, depicting elements of beauty, memory, joy, and resilience. Each piece centers creativity and documents the holding of space through the lens of Black culture and visual storytelling.
